Cancellations
Schedule Cruises
- The cancellation fee will be 100% of the invoice rate if the client cancels within 24 hours (1 day) of the departure time.
- The cancellation fee will be 50% of the invoice total if the client cancels within 15 days of the departure time.
- For special charters on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, New Year’s Eve, Easter Weekend, and Ocean Race Events, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the invoice total.
- If a trip is cancelled by us due to the skipper deeming it unsafe to proceed, a full refund will be provided. However, any additional costs, such as catering or other special arrangements made by the charterer or on behalf of the client, will be the client’s responsibility.
